First mowing around mid-April warm month

Lack of rain,  farmers have gotten into their fields and have started planting corn.

On the one hand, lack of rain keeps the grass from growing.   On the other hand, it has been warm and sunny.

Did the first cut with the Honda push over 2-3 days.   This weekend, changing the oil, and general servicing/prep.

Boxwood hedge in front seems to growing like crazy--no sign of winter damage.

Peach tree seems to have only a light bloom, probably no thinning needed.  I pruned it hard all last year, so there is much less wood on the tree.   The light penetration through the canopy should be pretty good.
