This tree had lost a large limb I think in the big ice storm several years back. I predicted that this tree was structurally compromised, and its height made it even more susceptible to wind or ice.

Now it is even more vulnerable than ever. I will check with the neighbor if he will take the whole tree out, or if not, he should lower the height dramatically. Besides, it is shading my peach tree.
