Only good thing about a snowstorm is that the clouds keep the overnight temperature up. And temps during the day of snowing stay nearer to 30F. Schools mostly closed today.
Behind this storm is an Alberta clipper low which will sweep thru Friday, with bone-chilling temps and causing blizzard conditions and snow drifts.
Better to shovel the driveway this afternoon while the temp is up, instead of on Friday with acute wind chill.
