Couldn't stop the o-ring leak on Irene's RO system. Ended up buying a new one at HomeDepot for $200. Installation took 2 days.
Seems like the gas control valve on their water heater (a o smith hw heater FGR-50 224) is defective. She complains about running out of hot water during a long shower.
Garage door won't go down, but does go up. Door alignment doesn't look bad, doesn't seem to be binding. Google search shows evidence for this--tends to implicate a board problem.
