7-8am pond by the golf course. overcast, cool.
bass are biting, very active, aggressive.
first bass within a minute or so, 5 casts. about 11 inches.
total 5-6 bass land 3. plus one big yellow cat.
one bass swallowed the lure, probably right after it hit the water.
one fish stayed down, did not see what it was before it spit the lure.
bass are larger, so their mouths are harder to sink a treble hook into.
